Welcome to Stablished.co. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of stablished.co and any purchases you make. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
The Site is operated by Stablished Projects LLC, a limited liability company based in California.
§ 01
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.
§ 02
Products
All products on the Site are made-to-order through our production partners. This means:
- Products are produced after you order — nothing is pre-stocked
- Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping
- Slight variations in print placement, color, and finish may occur and are normal for this production method
- Product photos are representative; actual items may vary slightly
Reserved rights We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.

Pricing and payment
- All prices are in U.S. Dollars
- Prices are subject to change without notice (but we honor the price at the time you placed your order)
- Taxes and shipping are added at checkout
- Payment is processed securely through our payment provider; you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide
§ 04
Orders
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues, or product unavailability. An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.

Intellectual property
All content on the Site — logos, designs, graphics, text, photos, and product artwork — is owned by Stablished Projects LLC or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use any content from the Site without our written permission.

User conduct
Don’t use the Site to:
- Break any law
- Infringe anyone’s intellectual property
- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site
- Impersonate another person
- Interfere with the Site’s operation

Disclaimers
The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site or products, except as required by law.
§ 10
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Stablished Projects LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Stablished Projects LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Your State, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Your County/State.

Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect when posted. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the new Terms.
