Returns & Exchanges.

We want you to love what you buy. Because every Stablished piece is made-to-order, our returns policy is different from traditional retail. Please read carefully before ordering.

§ 01 — EligibleWhat we accept

We accept returns and replacements for:

  • Defective items — printing errors, stitching defects, fabric flaws, damage during shipping
  • Wrong items — you received something different from what you ordered
  • Wrong size shipped — you ordered a Large and received a Small

§ 02 — Not eligibleWhat we don't accept

Because every product is custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer's remorse (changed your mind)
  • Wrong size ordered (please use our size guides before purchasing)
  • Color preferences once delivered
  • Minor variations in print placement, color, or finish (these are inherent to print-on-demand)
  • Items washed or worn (except in cases of clear defects)
  • Sale or final-sale items, unless defective

§ 03 — ProcessHow to request a return

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for a qualifying issue.

To start a claim:

  1. Email us at [support@stablished.co] with:
    • Your order number
    • A clear description of the issue
    • Photos of the defect, damage, or wrong item (required — we can't process claims without them)
  2. Wait for our response (usually within 2 business days)
  3. We'll review and, if approved, send instructions for a replacement, refund, or store credit
Heads up Do not ship items back without authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

§ 04 — ResolutionRefunds and replacements

If your claim is approved, you'll have the option of:

  • Free replacement — we'll produce and ship a new item at no cost to you
  • Refund — issued to your original payment method (please allow 5–10 business days)
  • Store credit — issued instantly, often the fastest option

§ 05 — TransitDamaged or lost in transit

If your package arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive within a reasonable window beyond our shipping estimates, contact us right away. Claims for lost shipments must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

§ 06 — FitSize guides

To minimize sizing issues, every product page includes a size guide. Please check it before ordering — sizing differs between garment types and vendors.
