§ 01 — Eligible
We accept returns and replacements for:

Because every product is custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
§ 03 — Process
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for a qualifying issue.
To start a claim:

If your claim is approved, you’ll have the option of:

If your package arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive within a reasonable window beyond our shipping estimates, contact us right away. Claims for lost shipments must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
§ 06 — Fit
To minimize sizing issues, every product page includes a size guide. Please check it before ordering — sizing differs between garment types and vendors.
