§ 01 — OverviewHow our shipping works
Every order is custom-made through one of our print-on-demand partners (Printful, Tapstitch, or Apliiq). This means your total delivery time has two parts:
§ 02 — MakeProduction time
- Standard production: 2–7 business days from order placement
- Production happens before the package ships — tracking won't update until the item is produced and handed to the carrier
- Larger orders or multi-vendor orders may ship separately and arrive on different days
§ 03 — MoveShipping time (after production)

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, and weather can affect delivery.
§ 04 — CostShipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and selected carrier service.
§ 05 — WorldwideInternational orders
- Customs, duties, and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are NOT included in the price or shipping cost
- Some countries may delay or hold packages for customs inspection
- We are not responsible for items refused at customs or held due to recipient unavailability
§ 06 — WatchTracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you don't see one within 10 business days, check your spam folder, then contact us.
§ 07 — AddressWrong address
If you enter the wrong shipping address at checkout, contact us immediately at [support@stablished.co]. We can only change addresses before an order goes into production. Once it's in production, the address is locked in.
§ 08 — StalledLost or stuck packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days, or your estimated delivery window has passed, contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and our fulfillment partner.
§ 09 — MultiMulti-vendor orders
If you order items produced by different vendors, expect multiple shipments arriving separately. This is normal.
